About Us

My wife and I are blessed with 2 wonderful boys.

As an extended family, we are very close to both sets of our parents...the grandparents!

And, with our nieces & nephews, it sure makes for a great time.

For us, priority number one is family. Family guides every major decision we make.

And, it's a real blessing to be so value-aligned as parents.

Professionally as well, my wife and I have similar backgrounds.

Together, we have over 30 years experience in sales, product managment, and marketing for both consumer & industrial products.

We've each worked the "spectrum" from start-up product launches clear up to managing established $50 million businesses.

So, we sure know the corporate world!

And, all the Good and Bad that comes with it.

Corporate world is strong in the areas of planning & execution. In taking a systematic and chronological sequence of steps to engineer a success.

These are elements most individuals are relatively weaker in. So, for this reason, corporations make sense. The corporate machine is essentially a system that can generate enormous progress in marching up a hill. And so, the people who encompass the corporation all benefit as a result.

However, corporations tend to have a strong downside as well.

The corporate world is weak in chasing the dream. Reflecting. Finding the spark. Motivating people with positive encouragement.

Think about it. Which companies can you name which passionately inspire their employees and bring amazing products and value to the market?

Right away, I'm thinking Disney, Apple and Google. (But this list is sadly short, isn't it?)

These success story companies had tremendous & dynamic growth centered around 1 or 2 personalities. In effect, they've disbanded with the typical corporate philosophy to rely on tons of upper management to drive the troops up the hill.
